Teach Derby Tickets The Derby Auction Committee has been busy behind the scenes working hard for our largest fundraiser of the year, the Teach Derby Casino Night. This is also one of our school's biggest adult social events, which you won't want to miss!   Derby Casino Night May 16th 6-10 pm   Central Coast Gymnastics Kid's Night Out   Pizza dinner & fun  (Spaces fill up fast, so please call ahead to reserve 805-549-8408) Buy Tickets Online (Visa, MC or PayPal) Buy Tickets by Check Gourmet Appetizer Buffet from Upper Crust Trattoria beer and wine dicey horse racing live and silent auctions casino tables   Games not your thing?  Dance to the music! AMS Entertainment will will have a professional DJ there to spin your favorites.   This event is less than a month away! How can I help? Past auctions have included amazing auction items such as donated vacation homes, overnight stays, golf & spa certificates, a variety of local gift cards for dining out, hosted parties etc. We are reaching out to you, our Teach Community, to ask for help in obtaining donations. This year we are asking each class to donate six bottles of wine for our live auction lot. Wine and any other auction items may be given to Janet at the school office.     Your child brought home a letter that you can give donors and an auction item form to help us keep track of all the awesome items that come in. Stewart & Altee Vigil Derby Co-Chairs List of Needs & Wants PRE-EVENT VOLUNTEERS: Solicit items for the silent auction Help the week before to put together silent auction baskets Create & print signs for the event (i.e. silent auction, auction check in/out etc.) Set up of venue DAY OF VOLUNTEERS: Volunteers to pick up the appetizers from Upper Crust Trattoria in San Luis Obispo Volunteers to keep the stationary appetizers refreshed Runner to pick up items day of event (Le. Ice, etc) Decorate John Rourke's Barn Break down of event venue ITEMS NEEDED: Patio heaters 6' tables for auction items Cocktail tables Tents or shade coverings for outside Pedestals or smaller tall tables to display a few gift baskets White Christmas lights 2 Large outdoor lights Coat rack or garment rack for coats for the day of Baskets / Large ribbon / Cellophane / Basket stuffing / Pens / Colored paper / Glue sticks Please contact one of the chairpersons listed above to volunteer or loan/donate items.     Follow this event on Facebook!
