3/2 6pm-8pm Chili Cook Off and A-Buck-A-Book Sale!

It's time to get fired up for our annual Teach School Chili Cook Off! All Teach families are invited to join us Friday, March 2 from 6-8 pm in the multipurpose room.  It's a potluck, so you can bring chili to compete or bring a side.

We will be tasting chili, playing bingo and shopping for children's books at our A-Buck-A-Book Fair.

Competition chili is divided into four categories this year and chili entries must arrive by 6pm:

• Vegetarian
• Beef or Pork
• Chicken or Turkey
• People's Choice - voted with quarters/bills!

Enter your chili OR bring a side (cornbread, fruit/salad, dessert) OR help with set-up or clean-up by signing up here by Feb 26. 

This family-fun event is not a fundraiser--it's just a free & fun-filled night with our Teach community.  You do not need to compete to enjoy the fun!

Our A-Buck-A-Book sale will kick off the same evening!  Please clean out those bookshelves and donate books you've already read (4th-6th grade appropriate) the rest of this month, and fill them back up with fresh titles at the book sale!

Open Enrollment Mailing

Black and white versions of this letter and brochure were mailed out to SLCUSD families with current 3rd, 4th or 5th graders for next year's 4th, 5th and 6th grade.

• Prospective Family Information Night is Thursday Mar 22 6-7:30pm.  This includes a preview of the Innovation & Exploration projects and overlaps with Open House with current Teach families.  It is super fun!
