I. Call
to order: 8:02 pm
II. The Board reviewed the minutes
of the 5-2-13, 5-31-13 and 8-14-13 Booster Board meetings. A motion to approve the minutes as presented
was made, seconded and carried.
III. The Board reviewed the minutes
of the 6-26-13 Booster Board-elect meeting.
A motion to accept the minutes as presented was made, seconded and
carried.
IV. Board Member nominations
– A nomination to elect Kimberly Wormley as a Co-VP with Randi Barros was made
by Helen Sipsas. A motion to approve the
nomination was made, seconded, and carried.
